MEMBERSHIP MATTERS

Your support of the Coles County Historical Society helps sustain the numerous programs conducted at the five properties owned or administered by the Society. Without your generosity the Society cannot do what it was established to do.  Incorporated in 1954, the Society exists to preserve and interpret the history of Coles County, and it continues to take seriously its responsibility to provide today’s citizens with multiple opportunities to discover meaning in their local past and its relation to national and international events.
